Eventhough, we still do

You write in order to change the world, knowing perfectly well that you probably can't, but also knowing that literature is indispensable to the world... The world changes according to the way people see it, and if you alter, even by a millimeter, the way...

People look at reality, then you can change it.

Kids news: Siberian and Polar Cold Fronts

Hello! I'm sure that, wherever you live, you've heard something about the Siberian Cold Front that's taking place in Europe since two weeks ago. This cold is very violent and all the thermometers in all the European cities have turned down some degrees in the Celsius scale.
This Siberian Cold is more present in some countries than in others but in all the places the temperatures aren't "pleasant". There have been places in the ones even the seas have frozen and lots of ships have got trapped in them.
In places as Ucrany, in the East of Europe, more than one hundred people have died because of it and the snow and the cold are being the unwelcome protagonists.
This temperature fall has cost the life of more than two hundred people in the whole continent, and, although it seems that it has slowed down at the end of this week, this night the Polar Cold Front is going to start, with lower temperatures than fourteen negative degrees.
As I'm mostly sure that all the people that visit the blog have a house, switch on the heaters and, if it's the case that somebody hasn't, please, go to places were you can pass the night as lodgings.
I leave you a link to a video that informs on the situation:

A greeting and try to not be cold!

Noticias para niños: Ola de Frío Siberiano y Polar

¡Hola, chic@s!

A good film: "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules"

Hey, guys! I'm so sorry again of that I haven't written for so long, I hope I can make it up this afternoon for studying and writing. But, although, I've had time to watch a film with my brother named "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules", inspired in the books of Jeff Kinney about Greg, a boy that doesn't really like to be a "freak".
With this film you can laugh about all the things that happen to him, to his friend Rowley and to his older brother: Roderick.
It's about all the adventures, for calling them something, that they start having when Greg and Rowley start at middle school.
Greg wants to be a cool guy, but as Rowley and his other friends are continuing to act as "children" he won't find the chance.
I hope you enjoy the film, it combines paintings with real actors and it's really funny.
I leave you a video for you to watch:

Also I leave you the picture announcing the movie.

See you!

Informativos de mi blog LXXV

¡Hola, chic@s!

English books: Sense & Sensibility

Hello, guys! I'm so sorry for having left the blog for so long: a whole week, practically two! But I've been having exams and those. In conclusion: no time at all. I actually had to pass over my theater class on Monday (which I didn't like at all). Well, the thing is that I've been reading a book, the one I finished two days ago. It's name is "Sense & Sensibility", a classic from Jane Austen, written in the year 1811.
This book tells us the story of the three Dashwood sisters and their mother, that as their father die they went to live to a cottage in Devonshire, leaving their house to their eldest brother.
The sisters names are Elinor, Marianne and Margaret.
In Devonshire, they live in the Barton cottage, from a cousin of theirs named Sir John Middleton. In there they meet their future husbands, but also some lovers that will make their time really hard. Above all, Elinor has to leave Edward Ferrars at their first house. What will happen with them? And Marianne? Will they be able to get above all the marriage of interests of their living time and choose with the heart? You'll see if you read it, but I assure you that you'll enjoy it better if you're a girl. Also let me tell you that it's a whole love novel.
I leave you the information on the book:
Title: Sense & Sensibility
Printer: Chatto & Windus (LONDON)
Author: Jane Austen
Cover design: None
Collection design: Chatto & Windus (LONDON)
Parts of the book: 1 (it's a single book)
Pages of the story:279

I hope you all enjoy it! Count on with that it's a really old book, so the cover is in cloth and I put a drawing that represents a really important moment in the story in the photograph, as the one I have you'll never be able to find it and buy it.
